My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location is superb, just a stone's throw away from Termini Station and very central. The rooms are quite spacious, but the air conditioning was awful. The service was exceptional, especially the night shift and the housekeeping staff. The dining experience was lovely, with many options to choose from. The facilities were good, but there are a couple of things that need improvement.
